Start with EnterprisePrices are for the smallest resource pack and rise as you scale up. Dollar amounts are converted at the live rate; the exact amount is shown at checkout.
The tier sets how many copies run and how many databases you can create; the resource pack sets how powerful each copy is. You pick the two separately in the console.
Databases come in the same package as your app — you buy no separate product and pay once. On Pro and Enterprise your databases run as a three-copy cluster.

The databases included in your tier come in the same package as your app. If you want a database that lives independently and is shared by several apps, you create a standalone managed database — it has its own plans and price.
